Printing
Policy
The color laser printer on the first floor is shared by ALL
workstations. For this reason, we ask all patrons to be considerate and observe
the following rules:
- Printing costs are $.15 for B&W and $.25 for Color per page.
- Always use Print preview.
You will be charged for all pages printed, including mistakes
- Please notify staff at the Signup Desk when you have finished printing so we
can release the prints to you
- Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your prints; others may be ahead of
you
- All printing must be completed 15 minutes before closing
- If you are printing many documents, please come up and retrieve them after
every five prints or so, instead of holding them all until you are done
Directions for how to print to minimize pages and lessen printing charges
follow.
Thank you for your cooperation!
