The Faces of Haverhill
2010 Census
It's in Our Hands

The Haverhill Public Library presents the Faces of Haverhill project, a community photography event.
This program was created to bring awareness to the 2010 Census.

The library will be collecting and displaying formal and informal portraits of the people of Haverhill, demonstrating our population's diversity. Anyone who lives in Haverhill may submit a photo of themselves to this project. The pictures may be sent by e-mail to facesofHaverhill@gmail.com or a photo may be brought to the library in person. The pictures can be digital or film. Don't have a camera? Come to the library and we will take a picture of you. All photos will be displayed in the library. No names will be attached. Photos of children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a photography consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Photo disclaimer
Participants must only submit a picture of themselves. By participating in the "Faces of Haverhill" project, all participants grant The Haverhill Public Library the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use the submitted photographs for display in the library, on the web or for use in library publications and publicity without compensation. The library reserves the right to withdraw any photo deemed not appropriate to the project. Participants further release The Haverhill Public Library, from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating the participant's submission. All photographs submitted become the property of the library and will not be returned to the entrant.

Not yet 18? If you'd like to participate you may still submit a photograph to us via postal mail or in person. The only catch is that you'll need to include a letter in which your parent or legal guardian gives us formal written consent to use your photo in the "Faces of Haverhill" project. Send or bring your photo and your consent letter to the following address:
