Haverhill Public Library Volunteer Opportunities

 

POSITION:	Teen Volunteers Corps Haverhill Public Library
TIME COMMITMENT:	Typically 4 hours per month, plus initial 1 hour training.  Must be willing to commit to a set schedule.
REQUIREMENTS	Must be 14 -18 years of age Must be a resident of Haverhill Must be reliable and self-motivated
JOB DESCRIPTION:	Volunteers complete a variety of projects, as determined by the Teen Services Librarian, including but not limited to shelving and straightening.
TRAINING	Volunteers must attend a 1 hour orientation and training
TO APPLY	VOLUNTEER APPLICATION (opens in Microsoft Word- applications are also available at the Reference/Information Desk or through the Teen Services Librarian) Once your application is received by the Teen Services Librarian, you will be contacted for an interview.  Upon the completion of your interview, you will be required to complete a CORI check before officially joining the program.
