Gale Databases at HPL

Did you know that the Haverhill Public Library provides access to 47 Gale databases? These databases are excellent resources for a variety of research needs, covering topics such as Agriculture, Fine Arts, Pop Culture Studies, Hospitality and Tourism, and Vocations and Careers.

Many of these are OneFile databases, which include Topic Finder, Subject Guide Search, and Publication Search tools. Searches may display results from magazines, news publications, academic journals, reference books, and more.

The In Context databases by Gale include descriptive topic pages with browseable content relating to the topics.

The full set of databases can be accessed from the “Electronic Resources” page on the HPL website. Near the top of the page, there is an option to click for the full list of Gale databases. Clicking on this link will bring you to the list!
