“Simple Vegan!” by Good Housekeeping

In an effort to eat a little healthier and save money at the grocery store, my family is going meatless twice a week. We both work full time, so we needed some simple recipes that used minimal animal products. I’m so glad we found this cookbook! Don’t be scared by the “vegan”- these recipes are full of flavor and very filling. Simple Vegan! has a great assortment of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert!
