You didn’t want the book to end but you had to know how it would. You just want to bask in … well, more of that book. It sucks a bit, doesn’t it?

If you’re finishing up the Hunger Games trilogy and wondering what to read next, we’ve got a couple of helpful tools for you. First, check out our Hunger Games Readalikes page. This is a whole list of books that have similar characters, settings and/or themes to Hunger Games.

If that doesn’t do it for you, you can also check out the Dystopian Fiction display in the Teen Zone. Worlds must end, zombies must ravage and young heroes have to overcome immense odds to get on that shelf!

Bow and Arrows. Crazy food. Death by Tracker Jackers. Camouflage paint. That’s right! Teens from across Haverhill came to the library last week to celebrate Suzanne Collin’s book, The Hunger Games. If you haven’t read the book yet, there’s still time to get your name on the hold list and snag a copy.

The first movie of the trilogy comes out on March 23rd… And the preview looks amazing.
