Chief Black Heart’s regalia was to be the center of an exhibition at the Arapho Museum on the Wind River Reservation. When the boxes were opened by one of Chief Black Heart’s descendant at the Arapho Museum they were empty and Father O’Malley and Vicky Holden begin their search to find them.
