May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is here! Flowers are blooming, the leaves are starting to unfurl on the trees, the pollen count is high and the insects are back. What a great time to talk about mental health awareness!

The website of Mental Health America, a community-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness and promoting the overall mental health of all Americans, has some great resources for Mental Health Awareness month. These include basic mental health screening questionnaire, informational flyers to help you work through problems, information for caregivers, information in Spanish, and more.
